We offer modification in existing instruments OR create new product designs and specifications based on the product idea brief provided by the client. Implant Surgical is equipped with its own R&D department which always leads us in our competitors. Our R&D department works hard to provide new designs and technologies in instruments manufacturing to provide better user experience.
We work with individuals and companies at all stages of design and manufacture, from concept to finish, in a highly focused effort to bring industry level products and services to you without violating international patent and intellectual property rights.
Once customer provides us with concept information and detailed specifications, we will notify them of the total cost for design, prototyping, and estimated cost per unit before the project begins. We will work with customers until they are satisfied and all original design requirements are met, and the product performs exactly to customers’ expectations.
How Custom Made works
The points below indicate how we generally come from concept to prototype. This process can be quite fast for simple projects and of course, you can decide how much time you want to spend on your personal input.

Concept Development and Refinement – We will develop your concept and engineer it.
Concept Modelling – Although not always necessary, sometimes it is beneficial and cost effective to have a working model or rapid prototype developed to examine the ergonomics and the mechanical elements.
Manufacturing – At this stage, you give the final go-ahead for the fabrication of your instrument.
Delivery – Once your product has been manufactured, it will be delivered to you.
