With Implant Surgical Company, you can trust that every surgical instrument reflects the expertise, dedication, and passion we bring to our craft. We invite you to explore our extensive range of precision instruments and experience firsthand the quality and precision that define us.

Steel We Use:-

Based on the mechanical properties and composition, the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) differentiate all steel, about 80 types, After all, the wrong material choice could lead to disastrous consequences.

The most used types of steel, when making surgical instruments, are the 300 and 400 series described below .

This types of steel is rust and corrosion resistant, has good tensile strength and will provide a sharp edge for repetitive use.

The 300 series steels are manufactured from the austenic steel class and cannot be hardened by heat treatment.

400 series steels are manufactured from the martensenic steel class series and can be hardened by heat treatment.

Titanium Alloys We Use:-

While pure titanium is commonly used in surgical instruments, titanium alloys are also employed to enhance specific properties.

Common titanium alloys used include Ti-6Al-4V (Titanium 6% Aluminum, 4% Vanadium) and Ti-6Al-7Nb (Titanium 6% Aluminum, 7% Niobium). These alloys offer improved strength and other desirable characteristics.

Titanium is a remarkable material choice for surgical instruments due to its outstanding biocompatibility, exceptional corrosion resistance, impressive lightweight and high strength characteristics, non-magnetic properties ensuring compatibility with medical imaging,

and its ability to withstand high temperatures, making it ideal for autoclave sterilization and surgical applications.

Stainless Steel Composition Report from our Supplier against Batch # 14

We believe in the art of crafting perfection. Our surgical instruments, made from top-notch stainless steel sourced from Japan, come with material test reports because we want you to know the level of quality you’re getting. It’s not just about instruments; it’s about a commitment to transparency, ensuring you receive precision instruments that stand up to the highest industry benchmarks.

Selection & Inspection of Material

Inspection of Material is performed against instructions that include size, appearance, quantity/weight and Mill Certificate/QC data. The results are recorded on Form # ISC-F19. Each piece of Material (e.g., bar, rod, sheet, etc.) is individually inspected. Mill certificate/QC data/lab analysis report is reviewed to ensure that the composition of seven elements (2 elements at the minimum) meets the requirements. Approval/rejection is documented on ISC-F19. This form is placed in batch record for steel.

Processing Materials: QC against Purchase Order approves a batch of processing material by taking a random sample of the material from the batch and performing the required process with it. This experimentation is performed for a new supplier or whenever QC Department feels the need.
