Mill certificate\/QC data\/lab analysis report is reviewed to ensure that the composition of seven elements (2 elements at the minimum) meets the requirements. Approval\/rejection is documented on ISC-F19. This form is placed in batch record for steel.<\/p>\n<p>Processing Materials: QC against Purchase Order approves a batch of processing material by taking a random sample of the material from the batch and performing the required process with it.
